Cupbop is one of the hottest restaurant chains to hit Chicago, and The States, that serves Korean style street food. As the name suggests, a variety of Korean street foods will be served over steaming rice on a cup.

 

Started off as a food truck traveling across Utah, they now have locations in different cities and even overseas. The fun vibe of the founders became one of the brand’s charm. They even landed a million dollar deal with Mark Cuban on Shark Tank.
