CM Chicken or Choong Man Chicken is a South Korean fried chicken restaurant franchise. They serve a unique Tikku chicken, which is fried first and then grilled on charcoal to remove the fat and double the crispiness. A wide variety of Korean sauces are paired well with their chicken.

 

CM Chicken was created by Park Choong-man, a chicken master from South Korea in 2009. After a series of successful stores in South Korea and some other countries, they started franchising in America in 2017.
