Buffalo Wild Wings is an American casual dining restaurant and sports bar franchise specializing in Buffalo wings and sauces. It’s a place where friends and families can enjoy time together, perhaps watch their favorite sports team play on television. In their own words, it’s a place to enjoy “WINGS, BEERS AND SPORTS!”.

 

The year was 1982 when two buddies, Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery, had recently moved to Ohio from Buffalo. One day, their cravings for authentic Buffalo style wings gave them the idea to open a sports bar/restaurant that specializes in a variety of chicken wing sauces. A decade later, they began franchising and became the 2021 Top Food Franchise on Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500.
